Borókás Pince

Borókás Pince is a new winery established by a young winemaking couple on the southeastern side of Somló. Their Olaszrizling was fermented half in tank and half in barrel, bringing together freshness and precision with added texture and depth.

Energetic and well balanced, it reflects both the ease of the variety and the distinct character of Somló. At the heart of the winery is the couple’s genuine affection for the hill and their growing connection to the place they have chosen to make wine.
