Csetvei Pince Zöld Veltelini

The organically farmed Zöld Veltelini from the Vén-hegy vineyard was harvested at the end of August. After a short period of skin contact and gentle pressing, 70% of the must was transferred to second- and fourth-use Hungarian oak barrels, while the remaining 30% fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Fresh, energetic and gently spiced, with the barrel and stainless-steel portions bringing balance and depth to the wine. The palate is lively and well structured, with a restrained, quietly complex character. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur.
