Napholdcsillag is a blend from a single, organically farmed vineyard where Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Ezerjó grow together. The proportions were determined by nature rather than the winemaker, making each vintage an authentic reflection of the site and the year. It was bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur, allowing the wine to express the character of the grapes and the terroir as purely as possible.
