Kőfejtő Pince Juhfark

The Juhfark comes from the western side of Somló Hill, grown on basalt gravel soils. Grapes from several plots were harvested and processed together. The vines are cultivated without chemicals, and the wine fermented and aged in Zemplén oak barrels. Its Somló character is unquestionable. On the palate, only volcanic flavors and aromas come through. The acidity is firm yet delicate, with a long finish.
