Kőfejtő Olaszrizling 2022 comes from several small parcels on the western side of Somló, from vineyards of different ages and multiple harvest dates. After a diversity of barrels, only the finest lots are selected for the final blend. On the palate, the variety steps back and the hill leads: salt, stone, tension, subtle fruit. A clean, volcanic Olaszrizling shaped by Somló itself.
