KOVVIN Vulkánok és szívek, meaning “Volcanoes and Hearts,” is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the basalt slopes of Ság Hill. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, fermented in vats and aged in Hungarian oak.
Firmly structured, deep and characterful, it brings together the strength of Cabernet Sauvignon with the volcanic character of Ság Hill. The name is inspired by the poem Vulkánok és szívek by Hungarian poet Endre Ady.
