KOVVIN Hegyek Lelke, meaning “Soul of the Hills,” is a blend of Olaszrizling and Pátria from Ság Hill. Pátria is a rare Hungarian grape variety, now seldom seen, but still found in small quantities on Ság Hill.

The familiar character of Olaszrizling meets this unusual variety and the basalt soils of the hill. Firm, mineral and distinctive, it offers a glimpse into a less familiar side of Ság Hill and its viticultural heritage.
