Ruispiri’s 2019 Rkatsiteli was made in qvevri in the winery’s distinctive style. Medium-bodied and produced without added sulphur or other additives, it is a remarkably stable and clean natural wine, with significantly fewer and softer tannins than the Khikhvi and Kisi.
