Somlói Vándor Fehér Nyerspezsgő

Somlói Vándor Fehér Nyerspezsgő is a blend of Furmint, Tramini and Cserszegi Fűszeres from organically farmed vineyards on Somló. Nyerspezsgő is an undisgorged sparkling wine, meaning the natural yeast sediment from the second fermentation remains in the bottle.

Following spontaneous fermentation, the wine underwent its secondary fermentation in bottle and spent five months on the lees. Dry, energetic and gently sparkling, it balances the more aromatic varieties with Furmint’s firm structure and Somló’s mineral character. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur.
