Szalai Pince’s Juhfark is a traditionally made Somló wine from a small, multigenerational family winery. It is produced without cultured yeast or fining agents and is fermented and aged in oak barrels.

Substantial and firmly structured, it brings traditional barrel ageing together with the volcanic character of Somló. A direct, rustic expression of one of the hill’s most important grape varieties, from a producer farming just two hectares.
