Tornai Aranykönny

Tornai Pincészet Aranykönny, meaning “Golden Tear,” is a late-harvest sweet wine made from overripe and partially shrivelled grapes. An overnight maceration gives the wine greater texture, concentration and depth.

Rich and full, yet balanced by Somló’s lively acidity and mineral character, it carries its sweetness without becoming heavy. A layered, persistent wine showing that the volcanic strength of the hill can be expressed just as clearly in a sweet style.
