Barnabás Pince’s 2024 Furmint comes from a tiny vineyard at the top of the Aranyhegy site on Somló’s southern side. Tóth Barnabás farms only around 0.6 hectares, working primarily with Furmint and Hárslevelű.
Firm, concentrated and strongly shaped by its site, the wine brings Furmint’s direct structure together with Somló’s mineral, volcanic character. Produced in very small quantities, it is a clear and serious expression of the variety.
