Baráth Borműhely’s estate wine is built around Olaszrizling, supported by Furmint and Juhfark. It fermented in 225–300-litre oak barrels, then spent a further year ageing in a 1,500-litre oak cask.

Rich, deep and unmistakably Somló in character, this natural wine brings together the structure, tension and energy of the three varieties. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a total sulphur content of just 23 mg/l.
