Fekete Pince Juhfark

Fekete Pince’s 2020 Juhfark is made entirely from Somló’s emblematic grape variety. The hand-harvested fruit was given four to six hours of skin contact, gently pressed and fermented naturally in 1,000-litre Hungarian oak casks. Ten months in used oak was followed by further ageing in tank.

Golden in colour, this is a full-bodied, firmly structured Juhfark with mature depth, gentle salinity and a broad, creamy texture. A more powerful expression of the variety, while retaining the distinctive tension of Somló.
