Kolonics Pincészet’s Hárslevelű reflects the winery’s traditional Somló style. Following a short period of skin contact, it ferments naturally in old wooden casks and is given extended time in the cellar to settle and develop at its own pace.

Layered and broad in structure, it balances the variety’s gentler, more aromatic character with Somló’s salinity and mineral tension. A composed, substantial wine whose depth becomes increasingly apparent with time and air.
